Impacted By So Many People
Where can I start to say thank you to all of the people who have made such an impact on our lives. As I type this, I am reflecting on the day that was. Earlier today we met the surgical team that performed the tracheoscopy. This morning, I went to the hospital because of a call from Natalie's nurse. We have countless people praying. A friend from college posted a video soliciting prayer for me. My sister volunteered to fly down from Minnesota to help watch our kids when we are asleep. Our kids special needs community, Embrace, is actively praying for them. This is one day of people impacting us, and I am sure there are more I am forgetting.
Medical Staff
Think of the people who make a hospital work. I think of the cleaning staff who are regularly keeping the rooms clean and reminding us to walk careful when the floor is wet. The nurses who are always a call button away. The additional nurses if your nurse is busy. The respiratory therapists, the physcial therapists, the occupational therapists, the doctors of all kinds of specialties. Each of them doing their job is what helps us to see a path forward for our children.
